I have requirement to create report like below image format Can you please give suggestion is it possible to create report like this.

@Singaravelu_R Everything looks doable via a default matrix visualization except those columns/bars on the left. Depending on how your data is laid out, you might need a custom matrix hierarchy. The New Hotness (Custom Matrix Hierarchy) - Microsoft Power BI Community
