Hello fellow users of Power Bi,
I have had a dashboard for quite some time shared with an external user without any problems but out of the blue she cant see the dashboard, it tells her she needs to have a Pro license? I havnt changed anything in the dashboard and I am not using RLS (because thats a pro feature), how can I figure out why this issue is suddently happening and how can I figure out if something suddently has become a pro feature?
Best regards
Hi @Shamatix,
Yes, in current release, with sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you and your recipients need a Power BI Pro license, or the content needs to be in a Premium capacity.

Hi,
external users should have Pro license to access the report or dashboard. With out pro license they can't access the dashboards which you had shared with them.

Thanks for your answer, is this something new? Because this has never been an issue before.......
