Sudden 'error fetching data for this visual' issues on several previously published reports

I started encountering this error last week on several long published reports (using same semantic model) and cannot seem to find the culprit. This is the error it returns in the desktop while a CMD prompt opens and closes 1 second before error occurs. A similar error occurs in the PBI Service & browser. Any ideas?

    Hi NH12

What did you do with the CMD prompt?

Here are some steps for your reference:

Maybe you can use the performance monitor, in Power BI Desktop, use the Performance Monitor to get the DAX query for the problematic visuals. Then, use DAX Studio to connect to the semantic model and run the DAX query. This can help you examine the query plan and server timings to identify any issues1.

Some users have reported that rebuilding the visuals that are causing the error can resolve the issue. This might be particularly effective if the error is related to specific types of visuals.

Sometimes, file corruption can lead to such errors. Try opening another copy of the report or create a backup and then try again.
