Subtraction in metrix table columns

Hi friends, I have created a metrics table as per the image. I want to now show the difference between 2 columns i.e. M and F. The difference is the subtraction of column F from Column M. How to do ...

    Mahesh0016 Hi Mahesh, Its one measure separated by column 'gender'. There are no separate measures

    Subtract=
    Var F=Calculate(measure, gender ="F")
    Var M=Calculate(measure, gender ="M")
    Return
    M-F
