Subtracting a column value based on another column value

I don't understand why "Column" isn't showing the Total Cores value for the next date. So instead of showing 11608623 in row 2, I'm trying toshow 80,740,149. Can someone help me figure why my code for "Column" is incorrect and how to fix it?

Thanks!
