Subtract columns from two tables without aggregation

I have a table summarizing course costs per course type. This is connected to an additional table which is summarizing the amount of payments received for each course type.  I want to create a measure which calculates the difference between the two columns, of profit.

Also I have a table of active courses, since not all course types are active, and I want to create a filter using this table, so only the active courses will be present, so I want see a negative profit to non existing courses.

I've attached a pbix as link

Thank a lot.

Hi @kzagorsky

It seems that there is something wrong with your sample file. I cannot have access to your pbix file.
