Subtract columns from a matrix

The data in the matrix is count of salesid which is not a number, I can do what I need to do in excel by just reverencing the cells I need but I can't seem figure out how to do the same in BI. Please see the image enclosed to see what I"m trying to do. The 18v17 & per person needs to be seperate columns. Thanks.
