Deea Team,

I have created a matrix visual with subtotals background on as you can see in the picture. This is good and this is whatr i want as one of the client requirements. This works fine with PBI desktop version but after uploading to RS portal, background color for subtotals is not appearing. Background becomes white instead of grey. Why this happens ?  Please note I have May 2022 Report server version and PBI desktop file is also the same.

Hi @Tsam ,

As your description "after uploading to RS portal", do you mean open the .pbix file in Report server desktop?
