    Hi MurphyYancey 

    Please try the below DAX:

    % of Sales = 
DIVIDE(
    SUM('Table1'[Amount]),
    CALCULATE(
        SUM('Table1'[Amount]),
        ALLSELECTED('Table1'[GL Account], 'Table1'[Account Description]),
        'Table1'[Account] = "Sales"
    )
)
