Subtotal/Grand Total Not Accurate

Question

&nbsp;Hi,&nbsp;I have created a formula:Onst - Cmpl = format(average('CMPL Table'[ONST to CMPL-EMST]),"HH:MM")to display the average time it takes for a job to be completed. I am trying to figure out a way to display the average in the rows, but the sum of the averages in the subtotal and total based on the groups on the left.&nbsp;I tried doing the sum of the formula, but it does not display the correct totals either.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Is there another formula I can use, or am I using this formula wrong?please let me know if my question does not make sense.&nbsp;Thank you!
