Substitute values for numbers

Hi!&nbsp;I hope you're doing fine.&nbsp;&nbsp;I want to substitute the correspondent values for its numbers. Is there a way to replace the values in a simple method without relate every single colmun to the reference table.?&nbsp;The exemples follow below:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What I needed:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I appreciate your time to help!

You need to unpivot your data.
