Subscribe Report - Not working

hi

I am a Premium per User and I created a subscription to send myself a report every day based on what I have created in Power BI. However, I am not receiving the report even though i followed the step by step per the instructions .

What am i missing here ?

Any can i advice ?

its not a timezone issue since I did not receive any reports for days when i test it out
