Submit OR Closed Filter

Hi All,

I'm trying to build a KPI report that includes both tickets opened or closed within a set date span.

Each ticket has a submit date column and closed date column.

Currently, the date slicer I have is tied to a date table which is related to the submit date and resolved date where the resolved date is an inactive relationship. The totals do not include tickets submit before the date span in the slicer where the resolved date does.

I've searched everywhere for a solution with no luck. Is this possible?
