Sub-section pages within Bookmark Navigator

Hi, 
I attached image for reference. 2nd image is error image with suffle navigation selected state after published. It should be Real estate.
In my case, here multiple pages are created with seperately bookmark. I have used 4 main sections as in bookmak navigator in top. I have created % and number view for each pages. Also Sub-section button is created in bottom, linked with other page bookmark. As for, Real estate section has 4 sub-sections, also multiple slicers are on all pages.
I am facing issue with Navigator. For every sub-section or % pages, bookmark navigator is not working properly, specially after filtering. Requirement is that, if I go to sub section of real estate then navigator selected state should be Real estate. But navigator is suffling to any other selected state, although page is switching properly.
Kindly help to fix it.

Please update Power BI Desktop to the latest version and retry.

Refer this, you can use conditional formatting settings to set navigation goals based on the output of metrics created in Power BI Desktop to see if a problem is solved.
