Hello,
I've done some research into the new app audience updates but can't seem to indetify what I am doing wrong. I have a published app with an "Executive Level" audience and then about 5 indivudual audiences based on region.
I understand that workspace users can see all of them, including the auto-generated "All" audinece, but it's my understanding that others shouldn't.
The workspace users group consists of 3 people, and then I have added select people based on their position. I have tested it with people who are mentioned in one audience, and they can see all audiences, including "All". I have even shared it to someone who was not given any access, and they can still see all audiences, including "All". In short, everyone can still see everything. I feel like I've done everything right with this and am still stuck, any help would be appreciated!
Manually remove all dataset and report shares. Then reassign appropriate users to their audiences, and finally update the app. DO NOT allow re-sharing.
