Stuck on apply query changes even every row has been loaded

Hello everyone

 

When I loaded (import) data for SQL server, Power BI stuck in the process of "apply query changes."

 

I trid to run the same code in Microsoft SQL server Management Studio and get 254,977 rows within 8 to 10 seconds.

 

 

It looks like this process will run forever... 

 

The most weird thing happened next. When I asked my colleauge to run the same query in his Power BI, it works very well and only take few seconds to import everything.

 

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    There are many possibilities for this suitation such as network and machine performance.

    You could try Task Manager->Performance->Open Resource Monitor to see resource usage of Power BI Desktop:

    Or you could try restarting your computer or reinstalling powerbi desktop application.
