From your description, there are multiple transaction tables connected with CustomerMaster in your actual report, right?

Please try to adjust the relationship between ‘Customer Master’ and ‘SalesTransaction’, change the “Single” of the relationship to “Both”.

If it could not help you solve your problem, could you please post me a picture about the relationships you created with other tables or could you share me the pbix file if possible? If the report does contain sensitive data, please upload your report to your OneDrive and send the link to me via private message.
