Stuck in Circular Relationships
Hello all,
I am stuck in the Circular Relationships between tables. Let me Explain.
Here is my Sample Power BI file DataModel:
My CustomerMaster table is linked with SalesTransaction and SalesTransaction is linked with DeliveryState of Sales Transaction.
Now, I want to Filter the CustomerMaster table data by using DeliveryState of Sales Transaction.
I can achieve this by Enabling the Security Filter in Both Direction here.
But in my actual Power BI file, I can't. because there are multiple transaction tables connected with my CustomerMaster table and I have already applied that with other tables and Power Bi allows only one time to enable security filter in both direction per table.
But I can't filter the OperationState (which is in CustomerMaster) data with DeliveryState.
Here is the link by that you can download the Sample Power BI File:
Anyone know how to achieve this ?
Thanks in advance.

From your description, there are multiple transaction tables connected with CustomerMaster in your actual report, right?
Please try to adjust the relationship between ‘Customer Master’ and ‘SalesTransaction’, change the “Single” of the relationship to “Both”.
If it could not help you solve your problem, could you please post me a picture about the relationships you created with other tables or could you share me the pbix file if possible? If the report does contain sensitive data, please upload your report to your OneDrive and send the link to me via private message.
