It seems to be an uncommon type of error. Does the powerbi desktop you downloaded meet the configuration information of your computer? Also can you provide a screenshot of the operation so that I can do further troubleshooting.

I'm trying to get a better screenshot, but they don't like to share too much info 🙂
As you can see it's just a big white screen instead of the choose an account screen.Do they allow you to use Fiddler? Or use the Chromium network tools (F12) to monitor the network exchange during the log in phase.
