Stuck at logging in

Hello,
A colleague of mine is experiencing the following problem when logging into Power Bi Desktop. He clicks on Sign in,
fills in his account and clicks next, and the next pop-up windows stays white, even when waiting 10 minutes it stays white.
When I log on to the same pc, I can click on Sign in, Fill in my account and when I click next I get the 'Choose an account screen'.
We have tried this on multiple pc's all with the same outcome.
Also completely removing his windows profile and then logging on again, same problem.
This is with the latest version of Power Bi Desktop installed.

I have seen the workaround with the 'can't access your account?' option. But we do not get that option because that screen stays white.

It seems to be an uncommon type of error. Does the powerbi desktop you downloaded meet the configuration information of your computer? Also can you provide a screenshot of the operation so that I can do further troubleshooting.

I'm trying to get a better screenshot, but they don't like to share too much info 🙂
As you can see it's just a big white screen instead of the choose an account screen.

Do they allow you to use Fiddler? Or use the Chromium network tools (F12) to monitor the network exchange during the log in phase.

You may get that option but it may be hidden at the bottom of your screen because of the screen resolution.  Try this on a different monitor/different zoom level.
