Stream update without error but without data loading

- Verify the credentials in "Data Source Settings" in Power BI Service. Re-enter them if necessary.
- Ensure the dataset is configured to refresh on the same schedule as the flow. If there’s a delay between the data update and the dataset refresh, new data might not appear.

- Double-check your Power Automate flow to ensure it runs after the Excel files are updated.
- Add a delay or retry step in the flow to allow for potential delays in file updates.

Caching Issue:
Sometimes, automated refresh might be impacted by caching.- Try clearing the query cache in Power BI Service or ensuring the query settings are set to fetch the latest data.

Compare Automated vs. Manual Refresh:

Good morning.
I have checked and verified step by step what you recommend.
There is only one thing that I cannot verify and that is the clearing of the Power Bi Service query cache. Can you please help me? I can't find a way to do it. I understand that this deletion would affect the entire service used in the company, not just my workflows.
Again, the problem happens in flows made in power query in the Power Bi service. The data source is excels. I've checked even past the weekend with several scheduled updates plus several updates made with Power Automate and it still doesn't reflect the new data. I have to do the purely manual update for it to take effect.
Can this have to do with the problems that the Office 365 service has been giving since mid-December, apparently due to Microsoft problems that have not yet been solved?Thank you
It seems that it is caused because Microsoft now forces you to enter the excel file so that it synchronizes with the form. I do not understand the objective of this measure, since processes that we had automated now force us to start again, for example dumping in sharepoint lists or manually entering each of the excel files (a ridiculous task that makes us lose a lot of time). I'm wondering if there's a way through Power Automate to force the sync of the excel where you dump the form.
