Strange box containing a table?

I opened this .pbix:

And I am puzzled by this box, that contains the table and other box that says "roles"... If I move the bigger box, anything inside the box will follow and moves wherever I move the larger box...

I am unable to find this option... where/how can I create a box that cointains other stuff?
