If you're looking for a way to capture user feedback, particularly around the "Is this useful?" feature, you might want to explore the Power BI User Feedback custom visual. This visual allows you to collect feedback directly from users within the report, and the data can be stored in various destinations such as SharePoint, Excel, or even sent via email. It could serve as a good alternative if you need to track user feedback in a more structured way.

 

Unfortunately, as of now, Power BI’s Q&A feature doesn’t save responses for like/dislike votes, but using a custom visual like this one can help achieve a similar goal, with the added benefit of flexible storage options.
