Storing Values from Charts in Tables with no external database

Hi everyone,

I have a small task to do but i'm not a data analyst expert, so ahy solution to my requirements is really appreciated.

I have a dashboard which gathers data (from an API Third-party Connector) based on scheduled refresh once a day. The data is calculated and visualise in three donut chart.

I'd like to store these basic calculations result on every refresh of the dashboard in a table (that will feed another chart with date tracker of these calculations, like a histogram type for ex.) inside PowerBI .pbix file, without the need to store these numbers in any external database.

At the moment I'm currently saving these values in an Excel (hosted on Sharepoint) through a Powerautomate button, but I would like to rely on PBI file itself, so the report online is fully automated and will refresh with no need to run the script daily. I also need to deploy the dashboard in environments that will not have support on hosting spaces, so it will need to rely only PBI.

Is there a way to do this. I'll sum in a diagram what i'm doing now and I'd like to achieve.

Any help or material will be really helpful!
Cheers,

CR
