Power BI is a visualization tool and the options for saving inputs from the user exist but are not direct.
In your case I can see a couple of options (some of them you already refer):
- Power Automate to trigeer a flow to save information on sharepoint, excel, ...
- Power App but this would be a input app and you would have to redo your "slicers" on that app
- Writeback feature using a custom visual (https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/xviz.inforiver-enterprise?tab=Overview) that will allow to have input fields in your table
