Super UserAnonymous , Open in power query and check what all tables have been imported. You should be able to see the sources for the table. If there some tables which are not using delete those

Thanks, but I don't really understand your solution.
I have already filtered the tables that I am not using in power query as you can see in my 2nd image.
The issue is that even filtered in my sample file in power query, when refreshing the system still go through these 150+ tables when I am using only the 10 filtered.
Sorry if I am not clear.
