Stop data from summarizing when switching from table to line graph

Hi,

(Beginner user)

I cannot workout how to stop my data from summarizing when switching from a table to a line graph.

When the data is in a table it looks like the below:

However, when I switch the visual to a line graph I get the below, with no option to "Don't Summarize" like I did when it was in the table.

I have tried makin sure the column is set to "Don't Summarize" on the modelling tab too.
