Hi Experts,
I have added a matrix table in one of my dashboard (desktop). But whenever I click on the bookmarks and comeback and check the matrix it shows as collapsed table. I wanted to retain the expanded view all the time, how can I do that?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@shareezsaleem , expand the matrix using the expand icon the reverse square Y and then save/update the bookmark and then try, if that can help
Hi Amit,
I have tried that, say I have category and subcategory and the corresponding spend value.
I have expanded all levels and updated the bookmark, but still it showing collapsed if click on other bookmark and recheck the bookmark related to the matrix.

I have the same issue as well. The bookmark is saved in its expanded form, but whenever I go to a different bookmark and then return, it displays the matrix in its collapsed view. Is there an alternative solution for this issue?

Did you ever solve this issue?
Same issue here as well.
Multiple bookmarks and visuals and some bookmarks hid some of the visuals and vice versa. Please make sure, that also the hidden visuals under the bookmarks are expanded fully.
