Good Morning,
I am struggling to filter down my data to create a status dashboard for some HR job offer data.
I have three separate hiring offer categories - none, tentative, and official. I'm trying to show how many records are in each category at a given time. Everyone falls into at least one of the categories and they typically progress from none to tentative to official. The problem is, if someone is in the official category, they also have a record for their previous tentative status so they're getting counted in both categories. I know there must be some way to either filter (an if/then style statement, I assume) or combine the records, but I am just not able to wrap my brain around this for some reason. Basically, if they have an official status record, I want to disgard their tentative status record so I'm not double-counting.
