Status bar chart with text values

I have some categories which can have value as High, Medium or low. I want a status bar on which a pointer or arrow can keep on changing based on the value as High, Medium or low. If value is high, the bar will have pointer at the begining of the chart, Medium will have pointer in middle & low will have pointer at the end of the chart. Pls help

@harshadrokade , Not very clear, but conditional formatting, especially icon conditional formatting should help.

So you some kind of visual in mind.

Also, we are talking about line-level or one value?
