Static rows in a table

I have a table
Cola. col b. Col c
Missing. Zzz.xxxx. Today ()
Arrived. Yyy.mmm. Today ()

These columns get updated Daily.Each day wen it is updated I want to copy the rows with missing in cola to a table along with that days date.In the next day next set of missing rows should be appended to the table on top of yesterday s missing data.Yesterdays rows should remain static that is it should not get updated along with new data.Date should also remain the same as yesterday s date.

Refresh in Power BI is a full refresh and not incremental. You may leave a comment and vote this idea up.
