I would like to keep the last 3 months columns static even if there are no values in some month or row both are kept. It is possible?

Do you mean when you apply a filter to lets say April, it also shows data for the months March and February? Or do you want to always show the column / row values even if there are no values in those selected months?
The latter can be resolved by show items with no data and a random column/row column in the table visual.
