Static Callout in a line chart next to the Marker

Dear Members,

Kindly take a look at the below chart, I have a trend of CPU Usage and whenever an incident was registered it shows a RED Marker.

However I want to now display only the Incident # next to the RED Markeron the chart. Though I can get the details when I hover mouse over RED Marker, I would like to get the Incident # (like a Static Callout) wherever the RED Marker is present.

Expected Result

Please let me know how this can this be done.

@mayuresht There isn't a straight forward way to do this. I will propose two solutions

1) Using Custom Format option. The complete custom format solution (and if its even possible) would take too long so I have attaced here as food for thought to get you started (sample PBIX attached here)

2) Tabular Editor solution as proposed by @mwegener

Hi Moiz,

The custom formatting did not help me as the column (Incident#) I am referring to is already in TEXT format and containts incident registration number.

I haven't tried the other option yet through Tabular Editor.

Hi Moiz,

Thanks for the food for thought and also the sample pbix file. I will try to figure out the Custom Formatting option.
