Static Barchart
I think you can get that easily by disabling visual interactions between the company slicer(s) and your nation-wide visual. Read this for more info: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-reports-visual-interactions?tabs=powerbi-desktop
but then the chart wouldn't represent the share of each product that the selected company holds, right?
my ideal chart would show the top 20 products by sales volume in descending order when the company slicer is blank/set to all. then when company A is chosen, I want to see the same order of products from left to right, but the bars would then show company A's share of sales of each product compared to all companies. the reason I need the products to remain in static order is to make it easier to compare/see differences between company performance against products. product A might be a great product for company A, but company B maybe doesn't have any share at all in product A. I still want product A to remain in the product A spot, but it would show 0 share for company B (as opposed to disappear off the chart or move to the last spot to the right). that way when I switch to company C, I see that for the same product A, which is the biggest product in the country, they perform better in share than company B, but maybe not as good as company A, without that product bouncing all around the chart.
