Star Rating + Tick UNICHAR Calculation

Team , 

we have daily check , 

for ex: 55723 HANG CHANLEAKNA has daily check counted 4 on 1/1/2018 . so there would be 4 out of 5 as our target. 

So on BI , The total 4 can be calculated with measure of Unichar Of Star , 

And i will vew the report on Matrix as daily , So , the Daily will be 1 by 1 in each description i wanna have have Tick 

So the users will see that in daily , this guy has checking , and see the Tick there 

And in TOTAL we have Star Rating , 

Anyone can help me on this
