Standard Table repeating Name and shading issue

Hi Experts

I want to show my standard table in the following format 

As opposed too

I can do this in a matrix table but the matrix table does not allow me to colour the rows for the fields in the rows, the sahding only goes up to Comments and leave Category and Due date with white background

i might be misunderstood but how about the color option in Specific column?

otherwise, how about coloring via conditional formating?

i am not sure if this possible at the moment.

PBI will color each row but the color goes on all column in that row. It seems you want the row color in all column except name column.

But you can do this by conditional formating after removing that default row color.
