We are current;y migrating Tableau reports into PowerBI. I am looking for options to have a stacked column chart with two legends similar to the below image. Any leads would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

According to your description, here's my solution.
Sample:
In a 100% Stacked column chart, put Column1 and Column2 in X-axis, Column4 in Y-axis and Column3 in Legend, get the result:
