Stacked column chart with text as data labels

Hi, I want to make a visual to display my "project pipeline". I have a list of projects with their current phase, and I want to make a visual to show the pipeline. What I have in mind is a stacked column chart with phase on the x-axis, count of project title on the y-axis and the project title as a data label. I am able to create the stacked column chart, but the data label is linked to the count of project title, so each box in the column is filled with a 1. I want this 1 to be the project title. Is this possible?

@oslosa ,

You may use "Group by" feature in query editor(the transform panel) to achieve the count of  each group, then apply the modification and drag the new column to the legend field in the stack bar visual.

Or create a calculate column using dax expression.

Group Legend =
CALCULATE (
    COUNTROWS ( Table ),
    FILTER ( Table, Table[Category] = EARLIER ( Table[Category] ) )
)

Hello Oslosa,
I had the same problem and found a visual that kinda does this.
It's called Treemap Bar Chart by MAQ Software, might be useful to you too.
