Stacked column chart with budget line

Hi all

I have a line and stacked column chart in my report where I have actual sales data FY19 as column values and budget FY19 as line values. My problem is that the budget line stops at the current month (february) and I want the budget line to be visualized for all months. 

How can I fix this?

Budget FY19 is a measure,right?It seems you may check the measure and use ALL function to get the value.If you need further help,please share some data sample and expected output. You can upload the .pbix file to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
