Stacked bar charts with variance

Hi, I'm trying to create this bar chart and their variance placed in between the bars as shown below. Is it possible. Any help on this will be appreciated

    I have reproduced the scenario once more and achieved the expected outcome. I am also including .pbix file for your better understanding, please have a look into it.
