Stacked Column Graph how to add text labels inside the visual

I have a stacked column graph and want to put text labels inside the segments, or put callouts that point to the segments. The only option I can find is a Legend and this isnt suitable for the report. 

Do you know a work-around that will allow me to label each segment? Or do you know any visuals I can download that do what I need?

You can try this with Treemap, it will have text lables and values inside the graph.
