Stacked Column Chart with % Labales

Hello.

I'm migrating Qlik visualizations to Power BI and I'm stuck at one visualization.

Is it possible to create a stacked column chart that has on Y-axis numbers but as data label % values (see the picture below)?

Any help or tips are appriciated!

@PowerBIW , there is only workaround solution. You might not get actual value in that case
