Stacked Column Chart - Only Display relevant Data

Hi,

I have a stacked column chart and a date slicer.

When I select a date range, I want my x-axis to only display the data (in this case employee names) for that date range.

In this case it is employee time booked. If I select September 2022 - I only want my x-axis to display employees who booked time for September 2022 and not employees who did not book time.

Please help 🙂 I am a complete novice to building PowerBI reports.

@SV1980 , In the your date table is joined with book date, it will filter it.

else you have to create a measure like

new measure =
var _max = maxx(allselected(Date1),Date1[Date])
var _min = minx(allselected(Date1),Date1[Date])
return
calculate( sum(Table[Value]), filter('Table', 'Table'[Book Date] >=_min && 'Table'[Book Date] <=_max))

here book date is only having date value

new column , if needed

Book Date = datevalue([Book Datetime])
