Stacked Column Chart - Custom Colors

dwel0120 it is not clear in the following statement what value you refer to +ve or -ve and that's the value you need to use in the rules.
My goal is to have one color bars greater or equal to 0 and another color bar for less than 0 (so positive numbers will be green and negative numbers red). I can't find where to do this.
The value I am looking to change colors is the YoY Conversion Rate in the Column Values. When I open up the function, it is only giving me the option to use WK in the rules (picture of rules is in a below post).
