Stacked BarChart

I want to create a measure that shows a stacked bar chart with 'column1', 'column2' and 'column3'. But I also want that, all the values of bars between 4.5 to 5, should be of green color, between 3.5 to 4.5 should be of orange and less than 3.5 should be red (irrespective of legends). The visual should remain stacked bar graph. Is it possible ?

if you are not using a legend and using  3 measures where each measure refer to its respective column, then you can use conditional formatting ,

choose rules in the first dropdown list , and in the rules , put the rules that you want . then hit ok when done.

@KrishnaKanjani

when using legend in a visual, you can t use conditional formatting  and change the color base on specific conditions .
