Stacked Bar and Line Chart with measure

I am trying to create a chart that shows counts of items in different "Late Reason" buckets per day as well as show a line of % On Time on the secondary Y axis. I think I am using the wrong formula i...

    aallman yes, you can use REMOVEFILTERS DAX function

     

    Your Measure = 
CALCULATE ( <<AGGREGATION EXPRESSION>>, REMOVEFILTES ( Table[Column] ) )
