Hi,
I have a stacked bar chart showing average transit time for last three months. I have created a new column (MonthKey) in Power BI to capture months like 201904, 201903, 201902 inorder to sort the bars to show the latest month at the last. I have used MonthKey column as Tooltip just to make it available for sorting the bar charts based on months.
However I have a problem that using this way of sorting, Tooltip MonthKey is exposed when user hover on bar.
How can I hide this Tooltip or is there another way of sorting the Stacked Bar Chart based on months of year.
Please suggest...

There is another way of sorting text by number column, please see the below.
1 select your Month Text column
2 Go to modeling \ Sort By column
3 Chouse the sort by column
No need for the field to be placed in the tooltips area
