Stacked Bar Chart Missing Relationship
Hello,
I have a stacked bar chart in PowerBI desktop that shows completion status of an activity. For statuses of complete, expired and expiring soon etc, I get a list of employees who hold that status. For the incomplete and overdue statuses, the list does not populate.
The names will display if I right click on those statuses and click show data point as table.
Also, if I publish to the PowerBI service, the end user cannot export 'Show data point as table' to Excel to view. They only see the option to analyze in Excel. What settings do I need to allow them to simply export the data they need?
CORRECT
INCORRECT - MISSING NAMES
Thank you so much! I finally figured it out. I needed to check the 'Show items with no data' option since those with an Incomplete or Overdue status do not have a completion date.

Hi lcochran, have you tested changing users permission on pb service? About the missing names, for me its hard trying to solve without analyzing the data model. Can you provide the pbix?
