Stack running totals

Hello,

I have one running total, actual and remaining.

I want actual to stop rather than plateu and then when it stops for remaining to be there. My current issue is that when they're added and the value for remaining is off (since actual isn't 0) and when actual does stop, remaining doesn't begin where actual stops. I want to use 2 different measures for this
