I have a report that contains various graphs and tables. When looking at it online/in the application that all looks perfect, but when exporting that report to PowerPoint it is to long to be readable. Is there a way to split the report automaticly into for example two slides when exporting to PowerPoint? Would be perfect if I can specificy where I want the report to split when exporting.
Okay thanks, unfortunatly that this is not possible at this moment. I will try to split my report tabs to make some specific PowerPoint versions. Is there maybe an option that I can create a link directly in PowerBI that starts the powerpoint export instead of navigating to export -> powerpoint -> etc.?
What I like to achieve is have the full dashboard, then two seperate pages for slide 1 and slide 2. And then on the full dashboard have a link to automaticly exports page slide 1 to powerpoint. In that way the end user will not see the hidden pages for slide 1 and slide 2.
Hi @Roym ,
Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.Before exporting, consider adjusting the layout of the Power BI report to fit better within the confines of a Power Point slide.
2.Try to create separate pages in the report. Each page in the report becomes an individual slider in Power Point.

3.Power BI does not support split the report automatically into two slides. You can raise a idea and add the comments to make the feature coming sonner.
